ODSKILLS - A Digital Learning Solution for Technical Education and Training
ODSKILLS is an Android-based mobile application developed by Technical Education and Training DTET Odisha. It is a free digital content platform that aims to enrich the basic knowledge of the trade concerned, both in class theory and practical subjects. The app is designed to make learning a fun and engaging experience for students, and it focuses on diversifying learning activities through proper training.
The app offers two main features, Visual Learning Solution (VLS) for Trade Theory and Virtual Lab (VLAB) Solution for Trade Practicals. VLS uses visual 3D demonstrations of industry examples and real-life applications along with 2D pictures and texts to enhance the skill development and employability of students. VLAB experiment is set up in the remote laboratory for users to access through the Internet at any time and any place, providing a real-life lab experience.
ODSKILLS is exclusively applicable for Odisha - Government ITI & Polytechnic faculty and students only. To access the app, users must contact their principal. This app provides a unique opportunity for students to learn and grow their skills in a digital environment.
